Use this application to apply for an AFE Certification scholarship (accepted year-round) or for College Degree studies (applications accepted May 1st through September 15th).

Please submit a letter to the scholarship board with a description of why you selected your field of study and your anticipated careers path as well as any information about yourself that you would like the board to know. Awarding of the LEO J MONTY SCHOLARSHIP is at the discretion of he Scholarship BOARD ONLY. A copy of the scholarship By Laws can be found on the scholarship Web page. The submission of an application is in no way a promise of an award or implication of an award.
